Free with your admission to the Fair. The Farm Experience has barnyard animals ready to get acquainted with your child - or the child in you! Milk a cow! Watch chickens hatch.

Portable Photovoltiac System

The Portable Photovoltaic (PV) System provided by the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources ensured that the big screen TVs in the beer tent would not be without power over the entire length of the 2008 Fair event, especially important on football game days. The Portable PV System was constructed as an educational tool to expose the public to a working photovoltaic system. The system returns for the 2009 Fair.
